Session, Recess’s signature program, creates a space for emerging contemporary artists to engage with the New York City public in a way that no other space provides. Though similar to a residency program, Session goes beyond the traditional structure to offer sustained interactive space for our resident artists to develop and expand their creative goals while directly interfacing with their City-as-audience.
